Terms and conditions:

• 1. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and judges’ decisions are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
• 2. One winner will be randomly selected out of the contest participants and newly joined facebook members in the period that the contest was running.
• 3. The winner will receive a shopping spree of $ 1,000 USD. The prize money must be spent within a 5-hourtimeframe. The winner can spend a maximum of $250 of the budget per store.
• 4. The winner may use their prize to purchase items from any and all of the shops featured on the TurnHills.com website.
• 5. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to TurnHills to use pictures and video images of the winner for the purposes of advertising, trade and promotion of the TurnHills website. By acceptance of the prize the winner agrees to allow TurnHills.com to make audio, video, and/or written materials about his or her shopping spree and to publish the material for promotional purposes on the TurnHills.com website and on its social media pages.
• 6. The winner will be contacted before February 15, 2012.
• 7. Failure to respond within ten (10) business days shall mean that the original winner forfeits the prize and another winner will be selected.
• 8. All entrants and winners must be at least 18 years of age.
• 9. No purchase or payment of any consideration is necessary to enter the contest.
• 10. TurnHills.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute any of the prizes with a prize of equal or greater value.
• 11. One entry per person only, double participants will be deleted.
• 12. TurnHills, its employees, promoters, program organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or any injury that may be sustained by the participant or by any person in connection with the Contest. All winners assume liability for any loss, injury, damage or claim that may arise from participating in the Contest or use or redemption of any prize.
• 13. Any federal, state and local taxes that may be imposed in connection with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
• 14. All applicable local laws and regulations apply to this Contest.
• 15. All details on participation and prizes in the Contest that may appear in all promotional materials form part of the Terms and Conditions.
• 16. TurnHills reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Contest at any time without giving any prior notice to any party.
